The Association du Marketing Relationnel’s 17th annual Flèches competition crowned Inpix and Future Shop for their “Deal of the day” campaign, awarding them two Flèches d’or, one in the New Media category and the other in Retail Sales.
The prizes recognize the campaign’s innovative nature: Consumers receive an email, store it in their inbox, and consult it daily for new, updated content. A first in email marketing, this method helps reduce the amount of email received by subscribers yet fosters a close relationship with customers. The spin-offs of such a program included a 400% increase in sales results compared to a regular email program.
